ST JOHN SCHOOL TOILET AND WATER PROJECT

St John Scool is a primary school in an impverished village in Nigeria. The school population is about 150 students ages 5 through 11. The students go to the bushes for toilet, there is no water facility in the school community, as a result, the students are faced with endagering their lives through exposure to snakes, scorpions, and even molestation by unscrupulous villagers.The water project is to improve sanitation by constructing four toilet facilities and bore-hole drilling to improve health and decrease childhood illnesses and death. This project is spearheaded by THE HIPPOLYTE FOUNDATION INC.

Giving Hope to the Helpless

It is heartbreaking to see these kids with bright futures subjected to such a poor sanitary condition and hazardous learning environment. I am eager to see this project completed as soon as possible to enrich the lives of the students at St John School.
