Water for Apac Uganda

This project will bring hygiene education and water to 24 small, isolated communitied in the Apac District of Uganda.  Water will be provided via wells constructed by an NGO, with the help of the community members.  Hygiene education and translation of local tribal languages will be provided by the municipality.  A community health committee in each village will coordinate the residents and support the various educational and economic supports required to achieve sustainability of the project in each village.
